Description

An experienced maintenance who is capable with,

• Plumbing fittings and repair, giving solution incase needed any
• Electric troubleshooting, this includes wiring in the entire hotel, fixing/servicing air conditions, water heaters etc
• Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. Fire extinguishers)
• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment in a daily basis
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency
• Generator troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance
• Organize repair works in a manner that does not disturb guests
• Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power or water cuts)
• Find ways to reduce hotel operating costs and conserve energy
