Description
Responsibilities:
·Provides a level of service which exceeds all guest expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently thorough manner,
in the time allocated and by treating all clients with individual attention.
·Respond to all guest requests in a courteous manner.
·Develop and maintain appropriate and quality relationships with the spa guests.
·Ensures all therapist administration is completed at the end of each day
(guest records, stock lists and updates of the log book).
·Ensures rooms are kept clean and tidy according to Spa check list and health and safety standards.
·Monitors status of all equipment and notify the supervisor or spa manager if there are any maintenance or repair needs.
Promptly records equipment issues in the log book i.e. fixtures missing, etc, and notify the maintenance personnel.
·Restocks professional products in designated treatment room by completing the stock order sheet to ensure that the rooms are fully stocked at all times.
·Ensures effective liaison between spa therapists and receptionists.
·Participates in ongoing training programs. Works closely with the Spa manager and supervisors recommending program changes as necessary.
·Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events.
·Continually strive to upgrade the quality of treatments you deliver through practice and receiving of feedback.
·Promotes events and promotions to all guests.
·Responsible for achieving daily sales targets and contributing to monthly spa team target.
·Acts in accordance with Departmental Policies and procedures.
·Regularly reviews policies and procedures relating to spa, making recommendations for improvements as appropriate.
·Act as a support to colleagues by performing other tasks i.e. reception duties as and when required.
·Performs other duties as assigned by the Spa manager.
RELATIONSHIP
·Reports to Spa manager
·Liaises with guests and other related personnel
JOB REQUIREMENT
·Minimum experience of 3-5 years in spa ( Aromatherapy Massage (Relaxing), Deep Tissue Massage, Sport Massage etc.)
·Excellent communication and organizational skills
·Strong service orientation with high level of hygiene and grooming
·Flexible schedule required including days, weekends, and holidays or double shifts.
·Able to converse English
